This is a very unique sauce made with avo & herbs. Very earthy and 'herby' flavor with a slight hint of sweetness. The avo adds to the creaminess of this sauce. Do you like pesto? You can call this your pesto on steroids.

A chromatic variant of Big Black Mama. It is a cross between the Naga Morich and the Trinidad 
Douglah. It ripens to a yellow/olive green. It has an earthy flavor with a slight floral taste.
